The rooftop view makes you feel like a celebrity. The front desk team was super friendly and the gym has everything you need for a decent workout.
Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The bed was incredibly comfy, offering an excellent night's sleep. Temperature control in the room was effective, allowing for a cozy atmosphere. The shower had ample hot water, perfect after a long day of exploring. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice view of the city. with only one working elevator, the wait times were frustrating, especially from a high floor. Breakfast had plenty of options but lacked fresh fruit and vegetables. Noise levels were generally acceptable, but some disturbances from the rooftop bar's loud music were noticeable.

Location is perfect for transit and major tourist spots. Check-in was a bit stressful since they almost lost my reservation.

Excellent location. The hotel delivers comfort, cleanliness, and attentive staff. The city view from our room was impressive, especially for the price. The rooftop bar? Stunning. communication faltered. Breakfast options were limited and common areas could use more attention. Room conditions varied; while some aspects were immaculate, others, like lighting, needed improvement. In the heart of Midtown, with easy access to public transport and dining, it’s convenient. But a strong emphasis on customer service and consistency in accommodations would elevate the experience greatly.

The location is fantastic, really close to all the must-see spots. The breakfast is solid—plenty of options to fuel up for the day.

The location is perfect for hopping on a train or exploring the city! The breakfast spread was delicious, with so many choices—my fave was the omelettes. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making my stay super enjoyable!

Breakfast was a disaster! After waiting ten minutes, all the hot dishes were empty, and the pancake machine was broken. I barely managed to snag a cup of coffee before they ran out. It was super disappointing!

we had a great stay at Fairfield Inn. the room on the 19th floor had a fantastic city view. the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, allowing us to walk everywhere in Midtown. the breakfast was surprisingly good, and the hotel was located right next to the Moynihan Train Station.

Great location, just a stone's throw from the train station. Awesome breakfast with waffles, eggs, turkey sausage, and more. Comfortable and quiet room, friendly staff, and a well-equipped gym.
Felt cozy, no complaints at all.
